We offer refunds on services that have not been delivered or completed. If you are not satisfied with our services, you must contact us within 14 days of the service being provided to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be given for services that have been completed or delivered, or for services that are partially completed.

Non-Refundable Services
We do not offer refunds on services that are customized or personalized, such as event planning or design services. Additionally, we do not offer refunds on services that have been partially or fully completed, such as event coordination or management services.

Payment Refunds
If your refund request is approved, we will refund your payment using the same method that you used to make the payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
